All right, it's 6.30, we're gonna call the meeting to order. 2.0, Mr. Williams. That's right. Lord God Almighty, thank you for the opportunity to come before you and serve the people of this county, the people of the Stevenson Nursing Center, and our serenity as it is so called now. Now, and I just pray that you would help us to receive well, to understand well, and always have the best interest of the folks that live and work at Serenity of Saints. So we love you and praise you, Jesus. Thank you. 4.0 Or 3.0, approval of tonight's agenda. Do I have a motion to approve? So moved. Do we have a second? Anybody? Second. So I'll move to the survey. Pat, Larry, Gary, 6.0, public comment, no public comment, 7.0 reports to the committee. Okay. That's you. Yes, that's me. So our current facility census is all the way up to 78. We have 16 skilled residents right now. Our census remains stable and admissions and discharges continue to be managed efficiently. We are also pleased to announce that we have just hired a new Assistant Director of Nursing to help Miss Annette, so that will be super exciting for the nursing staff. The facility continues to receive strong and consistent support from our corporate leadership. Me being in the position I am, I cannot stress enough how much they've been helpful to the facility and to me in the position I have to take it. Both the residents and staff are flourishing. The morale remains positive. The pay has increased for the CNAs. The pay was increased for the LPNs. We brought back our PRN nurses and we are down to a very minimal agency staffing at this point. So it is really, really doing well as far as staffing is concerned. And then we remain in a stable and positive position with our leadership support. We have solid census numbers. And we continue to focus on teamwork and getting ready for our annual survey. Do we have any questions for Monica? Monica, I'm glad to hear that it's up. How, how did that come about? It's just a number of things. There was different portals for referrals that were not being used that are being used now. We have team members that specifically work on that. Pat, Carolyn, you might know her as the old AP. She has stepped into the admissions role and she is phenomenal. It's probably what she's been doing the whole time. And then we have Floxy from corporate that helps with referrals and getting, she's like a liaison type of person that helps get out in the community, helps Carolyn get out in the community and get her name out there to get more referrals. We've also done extensive training with nursing staff to now take tricks and peritoneal dialysis. So, that's very helpful too. We took care of the analysis of whether it bought out, but yeah. Cool. And all residents are happy? Mm-hmm. Well, I should see their books. Just to see how quickly they're turning them over. Again, just because that's been a frustration for the last few years. I know it's not on us anymore. I think it's just their thing, sweetie. Oh, we also have a new Business Office Manager, Tanya, who is amazing. She's doing a lot of groundwork with positive changes. Now, they also too have Lena too, right? They do. Have any of them been transferred over to Freeport or what? A couple did for some reconstruction at Lena, but they will go back with that stuff. Okay. We have six, six from them. Did I hear you say the CNAs have been given raises? Are they under the collective bargaining agreement still? We have not heard anything from the union. So these are just raises outside of the contract? Yes. As far as you know. And I think last month you had mentioned that there were no agency, but now you do have some agency? No, there's always been agency. Oh, there has? Right now is the least. We've had, it's been going down progressively every month. Going forward, I think our agreement, the Edgeman Agreement does say that we've written reports if possible and get that. Sure. Just so we can put it in the packet so that the members of the Oversight Committee can review it in case they have questions before you get here. Sure. That's great, thank you, appreciate it. Any other questions for Monica? Thank you. All right. Good work. Thank you. Thanks, guys. 8.0 Old business, no old business, 9.0 new business, no new business, 10.0 adjournment. Oh, I said it, man. All in favor say aye. Aye.
