All right, we're going to call the meeting to order, 2.0, clear, Mr. Whelan. Great, Lord God Almighty, thank you for the opportunity to come before you and to serve the people of Stevenson County, the folks that live and work at the Stevenson Nursing Center and or whatever it's called now I forget because I'm like wanting it to be there it's completely, Serenity Estates or what have you. So I just pray that you would help us make good decisions, that we would be encouraging and edifying and thankful, Lord, that there is a outfit that seems to be doing very well than running that establishment out there, unlike what the county, in my opinion, has done over the years. So I thank you in person in Jesus name. All right, 3.0 approval of tonight's agenda. Do I have a motion to approve? So Mr. Whalen, do I have a second? Jackie, any discussion on tonight's agenda? Seeing none, all those in favor say aye. All right, review and approval of meeting minutes from February 12th, 2026. Do I have a motion to approve? So Mr. Whalen, do I have a second? Jackie, any discussion on meeting minutes? Seeing none, all those in favor say aye. All right. All right. Motion carries. Review of our approval of claims totaling in the amount of cash requirements and manuals. Three hundred and fifteen dollars and seventy nine cents. That's the smallest amount I've ever had. All right. Motion to approve by Jackie for Mr. Whelan. Any discussion on claims? Yeah. When are we going to see the remaining bills that need to be paid by the county? You know, that sheet that So the update will be attached at the Finance Agenda, but I'll provide an update. You know what we, oh yeah, she's got it right there. Oh yeah. Yeah. It's, there's still over what, $267,000 left. Okay, then so you'll be sending that out then. I can email it out separately, right? Yeah. Thank you. Perfect. Motion to approve? So moved. All right. Are you guys supposed to say all in favor? Say aye. 6.0 public comment. Seeing none, moving on. 7.0 reports to committee. 7.1 reports to from nursing. So the report I sent out says we have 69 residents but as of today we have 71. We do have a couple of people in the hospital so it will be even higher than that by the end of the week hopefully. The facility can use to monitor census trends and admission opportunities to maintain stable occupancy while ensuring quality care. The facility recently completed their annual state survey. We did have eight regulatory tags but overall I think it was a very good survey. Survey, some basic stuff, so I'm pretty happy with it. We did turn in our POC and it was accepted. And so we're just waiting for them to return to say that we are all good. The corrective actions included staff education and retraining where applicable, policy and procedure review and updates, increased monitoring, and continued oversight by the department heads. The facility continues to monitor staffing levels. We have actually hired four new nurses this week. So we're really excited about that. And we have another one that was gonna start on the 19th. So agency is an all-time low of 241 hours for the month, down from 1500 hours in October and 640 hours in January. And I'm hoping March, with the new hire of all these new nurses, we see even lower numbers. That's cool. The residents and staff continue to work together to maintain a positive environment. And we continue to monitor our survey follow-up actions, our census and our staffing through our QAPI meetings. Awesome. Any questions for Monica? All right, thank you. 8.0 old business, no old business, 9.0 new business, no new 10.0 adjournment by Mr. Whelan and Mr. Hadley. Any discussion? All those in favor say aye. Well, thanks everybody. Yeah, thanks.
