OpenGov Data publishes machine-generated text artifacts from publicly available local government meetings.

The goal is to make meeting records easier to inspect, search, and review.

Current artifacts may include transcripts, normalized plain-text transcripts, deterministic meeting signals, generated summaries, and timestamped transcript segments.

Meeting signals are candidate evidence lines extracted from transcript text. They are not official minutes, final civic records, or proof that something did or did not happen.

These artifacts are experimental and may contain transcription, extraction, or summarization errors. Important claims should be verified against the original public meeting recordings.
