OpenGov Data publishes machine-generated text artifacts from publicly available government meetings.
The goal is to make public meeting records easier to inspect, search, and review.
Current artifact types may include:
- VTT transcripts
- normalized plain-text transcripts
- deterministic meeting signals
- generated meeting summaries
Meeting signals are extracted from normalized transcripts. They are not official minutes and do not prove that an action, vote, topic, or public comment was present or absent.
These artifacts are experimental and may contain transcription, extraction, or summarization errors. Important claims should be verified against the original public meeting recordings.
